Driver must have a valid driver’s license.
  • We do not allow pets in our vehicles.
  • If you have a pet that you need to carry, please cover the area where the pet is going to rest.
  • If the vehicle comes back with pet hair, dirt and odour, there is an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing.
Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.
  • You must have a valid drivers license.
  • You must provide two pieces of ID.
  • Visitors from outside Canada must have International Drivers permit and a valid passport.
  • Must have valid credit card.
You have to fill up the gas at the same level as it was rented out to you.
Yes, the refuelling charge is $3 per litre.
You have to bring in your policy papers and pink slip.
You can use your credit card for insurance coverage as long as we can verify that the car you will be renting will be covered.
We allow a grace period of 60 minutes from the time the rental is due. Late charges will apply once the 1 hour grace period is exceeded. Per hour late charges will apply until the daily rate is reached. Once the late fees reaches additional daily rate, renter will be charged only an additional day.
Yes, depending on the vehicle you rent the deposit varies. Minimum deposit is $500.
  • The rate is based on a 24 hour period or per day. For example if you pick up your rental at 1pm, it is due back next day at 1pm.
  • All applicable taxes are applied to the daily rate.
  • You need a valid Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted.
  • A pre-authorization is taken off your credit card.
  • WE DONOT ACCEPT CASH FOR DEPOSIT.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card and Cash at the end of rental.
We do not guarantee make, model and color of vehicle.
  • Yes. An additional driver can be added on to the rental agreement for a fee.
  • Charge for additional driver is $15 per day.
